Completed in 1999 this facility has one of the first Native Bacnet control system installations in Atlantic Canada. With over 120 Dual Vav box controllers and three main air handling systems controlled through the Alerton Envision For Bactalk front end Graphic Package. This project was completed as part of an energy management performance contract which converted this constant volume system to Variable Volume. The facility was upgraded with new airhandling units in 2007.
